Roadway Relocation Refund and Cancellation Policy
Roadway Relocation is committed to facilitating a seamless logistical experience, recognizing that operational timelines and personal circumstances may occasionally require adjustment. This comprehensive policy delineates the governing terms, conditions, and financial protocols regarding service cancellations, logistical rescheduling, and refund eligibility to ensure total transparency and operational fairness.
1. Cancellation Protocols
We require advance notice for all cancellations to adequately manage our logistical fleet and personnel. Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:
- Exceeding 7 Days Prior to Service: If a formal cancellation request is submitted more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled relocation date, the client is eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the initial deposit or payment.
- Within 3 to 7 Days of Service: Cancellations formalized between three (3) and seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled relocation date qualify for a twenty-five percent (25%) refund of the initial deposit.
- Less Than 3 Days Prior to Service: Due to the logistical staging required for an imminent move, cancellations requested less than three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled service date render the initial payment entirely non-refundable.
- Expedited Bookings (Same-Day or Next-Day): Logistical services scheduled within twenty-four (24) hours of the booking confirmation are subject to specific expedited cancellation penalties. These distinct terms will be explicitly disclosed to the client at the time of reservation.
2. Rescheduling Directives
We strive to remain flexible when you need to adjust your operational timeline:
- Exceeding 3 Days Prior to Service: Clients may alter their relocation date without incurring administrative penalties, provided the formal request is submitted at least three (3) calendar days prior to the originally scheduled service date.
- Within 3 Days of Service: Alterations to the service schedule requested less than three (3) calendar days prior to execution may be subject to supplementary logistical adjustment surcharges.
- Repeated Rescheduling Adjustments: Multiple consecutive requests to alter the scheduled service date may incur compounding administrative fees to offset the operational costs of persistent roster and fleet modifications.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Beyond standard cancellations, refunds may be issued under the following specific circumstances:
- Failure to Render Services: In the highly improbable event that Roadway Relocation is operationally incapable of executing your contracted move, you are entitled to a full and complete refund of all remitted funds.
- Prorated / Partial Refunds: Should the logistical operation commence but be prematurely terminated due to unforeseen circumstances, Roadway Relocation will conduct a comprehensive audit of the executed labor and resources to issue a strictly prorated partial refund.
- Irrevocable Surcharges: Specific ancillary expenses—including but not limited to custom packing materials, acquired supplies, or initiated storage staging—become strictly non-refundable once procurement or physical labor has commenced.
