At Roadway Relocation, we aim to deliver a seamless moving experience while accommodating any changes in your plans. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 Days Before Scheduled Move Date: If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled move date, we will refund 50% of your initial payment.
• Within 3 to 7 Days of Scheduled Move Date: Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days of the scheduled move date are eligible for a 25% refund of your initial payment.
• Less Than 3 Days Before Scheduled Move Date: Cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled move date are non-refundable.
• Same-Day and Next-Day Bookings: For moves scheduled within 24 hours of booking, cancellation fees may vary based on the specific terms provided at booking.

Rescheduling Policy

• More than 3 Days Before Scheduled Move Date: You may reschedule your move without penalty if done at least 3 days before your scheduled date.
• Within 3 Days of Scheduled Move Date: Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of your move date may incur an additional fee.
• Multiple Rescheduling Requests: Multiple rescheduling requests may result in additional charges to cover the cost of repeated scheduling adjustments.

Refund Policy

• Service Not Rendered: If Roadway Relocation is unable to complete your move, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refunds: If a portion of the service is completed but the move is terminated early, Roadway Relocation will assess the completed work and provide a partial refund.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees related to special services (e.g., packing, storage) may be non-refundable once those services have been initiated.
